About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Large Force Exercise (LFE) operations in accordance with contract requirements
- Direct the work of contractor personnel directly or through supervisors
- Serve as point of contact for Government operations personnel on range functions supporting LFE
- Coordinate mission support from scenario development through live/virtual/constructive operations, post-mission debriefing, and evaluation
- Develop, produce, and continuously update written, photographic, and recordable training aids and materials
- Support planning and coordination for agencies participating in or supporting range training operations
- Attend pre-mission conferences
- Prepare range availability, scheduling, and utilization reports
- Develop and present capability, operations, and requirements briefings to military and Government agencies, including VIP presentations
- Provide equipment operator training and conduct equipment demonstrations
- Perform RTO functions when user RTOs are unavailable
- Support government agencies conducting live, virtual, and constructive missions
- Assist with training scenario development, Fleet exercise coordination, and integrated air defense system functions
- Distribute mission scenarios and updates rapidly and comprehensively
- Provide feedback on mission results and electronic warfare countermeasures effectiveness
- Provide post-mission debriefings, mission data reduction support, and lessons learned
- Represent the contractor on contract matters relating to LFE operations
- Support Government meetings, briefings, and reviews
- Coordinate with contractors and Government agencies
- Coordinate range scheduling with Government representatives
- Use IEMS in support of contractual requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 9 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; 7 years with a Master's degree; 4 years with a PhD or Juris Doctorate; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience
- Extensive background in military aviation, range operations, or Large Force Exercise (LFE) support
- Experience coordinating and executing live, virtual, and constructive (LVC) training missions
- Experience leading, supervising, or directing contractor or military personnel in an operational training environment
- Ability to serve as primary liaison with Government personnel and multi-agency participants
- Strong knowledge of mission scenario development, integrated air defense system operations, and Fleet training coordination
- Ability to develop, produce, and update training materials, mission planning aids, and post-mission documentation
- Experience conducting detailed mission debriefings, mission data reduction, and lessons-learned development
- Ability to prepare and deliver professional briefings to military and Government audiences, including VIP-level presentations
- Experience preparing and analyzing range scheduling, utilization, and availability reports
- Strong organizational skills and ability to ensure contract compliance and implement corrective actions
- Active Top Secret security clearance and eligibility for a TS/SCI
- Valid state driver's license
- Cyber Security Awareness training
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance Programs and processes
- Bachelor's degree in STEM and/or management field
