About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide mission support and program management oversight to a single customer
  • Coordinate project requirements across planning stages with several subcontractors
  • Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion
  • Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of company programs
  • Act as primary customer contact for program activities
  • Lead program review sessions covering cost, schedule, and technical performance
  • Develop new business or expand services with the customer
  • Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules
  • Identify program problems and obtain solutions, including resource allocation or contractual specification changes
  • Direct the work of employees assigned to the program
  • Manage team schedules, appointments, meetings, events, and calendar conflicts
  • Coordinate internal and external efforts before, during, and after testing
  • Manage spectrum frequency authorizations for compliance with US DoW, NTIA, and FCC policies and guidelines
  • Coordinate and track program purchasing
  • Apply cost control and budgeting skills for material and labor
  • Maintain and audit comprehensive digital and physical filing systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 years relevant experience with Bachelor’s in related field; or 1 year relevant experience with Master’s in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience
  • Current Active DoD Secret Clearance or Higher
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Security Clearance, with enhanced security checks
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Project, and other applicable management applications
  • Experience working with external organizations and stakeholders to build requirements
  • Ability to work with technical experts to define requirements and manage resources, including subcontractors
  • Willingness to travel to support program events – 10%
  • Willingness to work on a team and learn new skillsets in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to proactively communicate via telephone and email with stakeholders at various locations
