About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage After Sales related improvements and optimizations
- Control repair costs, including invoice verification, payment releases, and related communication
- Support negotiations with repair centres
- Evaluate and define repair processes and corresponding logistics
- Develop and implement KPIs at repair centres
- Coordinate international customer and market requirements with product management and sales
- Prepare reports and statistics and coordinate repair-centre statistics with internal interfaces
- Optimize transport processes and related costs
- Support clarification and improvements in repair and reverse logistics processes
- Conduct and evaluate customer satisfaction surveys
- Support development and implementation of tools for optimized After Sales process control
- Support procurement of repair-relevant spare parts
- Develop sustainability activities and related reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience of project management
- Experience in dealing professionally with suppliers and customers
- Excellent organizational skills, an independent, pragmatic way of working and solution orientation
- Very good communication skills
- Very good MS Office and Excel knowledge
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Fluent English
