About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Format customer selection options and prepare cost composition spreadsheets in Excel
- Measure quantities and obtain quotes for all customization materials
- Serve mid- and high-end clients
- Visit construction sites for monitoring and inspections
- Develop projects in AutoCAD and Revit for construction release
- Review released projects and contracts at the construction site
- Monitor the process of opening websites through to sending the contract to the client
- Update the project network through Autodoc, managing revisions and folder organization
- Support launch events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Ability to read and interpret detailed construction drawings
- Knowledge of materials and finishes
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Technical construction site monitoring experience
- Autonomy, attention to detail, and a focus on quality and results
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams
- Proactivity and the ability to adapt to multiple demands
