About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Format customer selection options and prepare cost composition spreadsheets in Excel
Calculate quantities and obtain quotes for all customization materials
Serve high-end and ultra-high-end clients
Visit construction sites for monitoring and inspections
Develop projects in AutoCAD and Revit for construction release
Review released projects and contracts on site
Monitor the site-opening process through to contract submission to the client
Update the project repository through Autodoc, managing revisions and folder organization
Support launch events
Collaborate with Engineering, Cost Estimating, Construction, Sales, Marketing, and Procurement
Interact with clients, suppliers, designers, and partners
Work on high-end and ultra-high-end projects at various stages

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for project development and review
Advanced Excel skills for cost composition and analysis
Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
Knowledge of high-end materials and finishes
Technical monitoring of construction sites and verification of execution
Attention to detail and technical rigor
Proactivity and autonomy in decision-making
Clear and assertive communication with different stakeholders, including construction, engineering, clients, and suppliers
Time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
