About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conceptualize, shoot, and handle post-production, including storyboards, shot lists, and lighting and sound setups
- Participate in video and photo shoots
- Scout locations and cast models
- Contribute and independently implement new ideas for campaigns, shoots, and content formats
- Identify social media trends and adapt them to the brand
- Edit and color-correct footage in Premiere or DaVinci
- Use AI tools such as Adobe Podcast and Runway in the workflow
- Create visual brand content such as video ads, team reels, static ads, website graphics, and other creative designs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in video production, editing, and social media content
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere
- Initial After Effects skills for motion graphics and typography animations
- Experience with camera settings, visual composition, lighting, and sound
- Experience or ability to independently plan, organize, and execute projects from casting through shooting and editing
- A strong feel for Instagram trends, new features, and creative ideas
- Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and self-management skills
- Ability to direct and guide people
- Openness to an adventure in a young start-up
- Willingness to learn new things and grow through challenges
- Portfolio, showreel, or Instagram feed required with your application
