About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement, and maintain high-performance backend services and core infrastructure components using Rust
Build, optimize, and audit highly secure smart contracts for advanced decentralized virtual machine (EVM) environments
Develop, refine, and optimize real-time trading infrastructure to achieve sub-millisecond end-to-end execution latencies
Collaborate with foundational engineering teams on protocol architecture, cryptographic implementation, and scalable distributed system design
Integrate privacy-preserving cryptography, including Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs), into the core transaction pipeline
Participate in introductory, technical assessment, and practical evaluation stages

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated professional proficiency in Rust and low-level systems programming
Prior exposure to high-throughput quantitative trading systems, market-making infrastructure, or order routing engines
Proven experience designing, profiling, and optimizing high-performance, low-latency distributed systems
Strong structural understanding of blockchain architecture and consensus mechanisms
Experience with secure smart contract development
Familiarity with mathematical and cryptographic concepts, including privacy-preserving primitives and Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) architectures
Autonomous problem-solving approach
Passion for constructing highly resilient, scalable infrastructure
