About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for clients, with senior support on complex or high-stakes engagements
- Identify, select, and evaluate suppliers, applying growing industry expertise
- Contribute to contract negotiations with vendors, with growing autonomy
- Prepare and present clear, well-structured presentations, documentation, and reports
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with client objectives
- Contribute ideas and input to the strategic direction of the sourcing department
- Support the implementation of sourcing tools and technologies to improve processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree in a relevant field such as law, business, accounting, IT, engineering, or science
- At least 3 years of experience in consulting or strategic sourcing
- Track record of delivering high-quality results independently
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS365)
- Fluent in German (Swiss German preferred) and proficient in English
