About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Development, Construction, and Portfolio Management on EV project development and implementation
  • Manage delivery of projects and programs for clients across the USA, including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning support, and software deployment coordination
  • Engage cross-functional teams and translate commercial contracts into organizational deliverables
  • Implement project management best practices and controls, including change, contract, stakeholder, risk, cost, schedule, quality, document, reporting, and progress management
  • Remediate process gaps and oversee schedule and quality performance
  • Track and report project milestones and deliverables
  • Develop project plans, communications documents, progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
  • Delegate responsibilities and resolve project issues and conflicts
  • Identify schedule changes, dependencies, critical paths, and program escalations
  • Manage project scope changes, potential crises, and contingency plans
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Administer contracts and fulfill contract provisions
  • Communicate project expectations to contractors
  • Review contractor progress reports, testing records, and witness records
  • Write procedures and monitor compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with multi-disciplinary, multi-site scopes and variable scale
  • 1+ year of in-field construction management experience is a plus
  • 5+ years of proven experience running multiple small projects concurrently and successfully
  • US citizen or Permanent Resident Card
  • Able to physically work out of the Boca Raton, Florida office
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, electrical, or power electronics specialization preferred
  • Collaborative and adaptable; self-driven and proactive
  • Demonstrated learning from lessons, visible safety leadership, cost leadership, and client focus
