About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and management analyses.
- Identify opportunities to improve Support and Customer Success processes.
- Automate processes using Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot.
- Develop solutions using Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.
- Consolidate and integrate data from different corporate systems.
- Conduct diagnostic, predictive, and root cause analyses.
- Establish data governance and quality best practices.
- Prepare executive presentations and decision-making materials.
- Act as an agent of digital transformation and a data-driven culture.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Solid experience in Analytics, BI, Management Information, or related areas.
- Experience building KPIs and executive dashboards.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
- Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience in process automation and digital transformation projects.
- Experience analyzing data and generating business insights.
- Preferred: experience applying Generative AI to business.
- Preferred: knowledge of data integration and APIs.
- Preferred: knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
- Preferred: experience in Customer Success, Support, or Operations.
