Key responsibilities & impact

Build resilient, secure, and compliant infrastructures to migrate customers’ on-premise workloads to the cloud
Improve the performance of cloud-based workloads
Improve the availability of cloud-based workloads
Monitor, troubleshoot, debug, and test cloud-based workloads
Refactor and rebuild applications to help transform enterprises into cloud-native organizations
Monitor cloud resource utilization and provide cost optimization strategies
Support the Cloud Adoption team
Document knowledge and pair with teammates on tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need

BSc in IT Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a similar related discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience as a cloud engineer, focused on Microsoft Azure
Practical experience implementing secured virtual networking
Extensive experience with containers and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes
Extensive experience with automation and IaC, including Terraform and CloudFoundation
Experience with Bash, PowerShell, and Python
Experience working in agile teams
Hands-on expertise implementing CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Azure DevOps
Experience using the Atlassian Suite, including Confluence and Jira
Fluent in English
Proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible for infrastructure provisioning and management
Strong knowledge of robust infrastructure monitoring systems
Team-oriented, structured, quality-focused, and able to document and share knowledge
Comfortable working in cross-functional, multicultural, and agile environments
