About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather and analyze requirements expressed by Product Owners
Participate in defining the system architecture
Contribute to the roadmap and schedule tracking
Write functional specifications and contribute to detailed specifications
Organize and monitor the acceptance testing of different releases
Participate in Level 2 user support
Leverage AI tools to facilitate requirements scoping, the generation of specifications and tests, and user support
Act as the interface between Product Owners and technical teams as part of the redesign of the Design System for a B2B web platform
Improve the user experience, simplify user journeys, harmonize interfaces, and accelerate the integration of new features

Requirements

What you’ll need

4 to 7 years of experience
Combined business analysis and technical expertise
Experience with J2EE development and SQL
Ability to work effectively with development teams and contribute to architecture discussions
Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills
Strong functional specification writing skills
Proficiency in UML
Experience organizing acceptance testing phases
Comfortable working with Jira, Confluence, and Git
Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, or Contentsquare is preferred
Experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code is preferred
Professional proficiency in English is essential
