About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in the functional and technical scoping of AI use cases.
Develop and configure AI agents and processing workflows.
Customize and optimize prompts and the models used.
Implement document classification and structured data extraction.
Contribute to the labeling of handwritten documents and model adaptation.
Develop control workflows, consistency rules, and rejection mechanisms.
Participate in the design of human-in-the-loop validation interfaces.
Ensure integration with information system components, including DMS, APIs, and web services.
Prepare and support testing, production rollout, and KPI monitoring phases.
Coordinate technical and functional discussions with the various stakeholders.
Automate the processing of individual protection insurance enrollment documents, including classification, extraction, consistency checks, and integration with the information system.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in AI.
Several AI projects successfully deployed to production.
Practical experience with Small Language Models (SLMs).
Strong expertise in AI workflow development and orchestration.
Skills in prompt engineering and information system integration.
Ability to contribute to both project scoping and technical implementation.
Experience with Document AI, OCR, data extraction, and handwritten document processing.
Model adaptation or fine-tuning experience.
Experience integrating DMS platforms, APIs, and web services.
Experience in insurance, protection insurance, or social protection.
Experience deploying and monitoring AI solutions in production.
Part-time assignment: at least 50% workload.
Expected duration: 4 to 5 months.
Estimated level of involvement: approximately 50 to 60 days, to be confirmed.
