Key responsibilities & impact

Manage requirements and asset management systems, including workflows, user accounts, permissions, custom fields, dashboards, reports, and project setup
Gather and analyze business needs, define processes with stakeholders, and write clear functional and technical specifications
Manage projects from planning to delivery with customers and business teams, including scope, schedules, progress tracking, and status updates
Work with vendors to communicate business and technical requirements, agree on expectations, and verify delivered solutions
Configure and improve systems, compare possible solutions, and roll out changes and fixes
Write complex SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data, investigate issues, and support reports and business processes
Use AI development tools to build and improve solutions, and review, test, debug, and maintain generated code
Train and support users, maintain training materials, and manage the support ticket queue
Build dashboards and real-time reports to support informed decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Management, or a related field
At least 4 years of experience administering applications and designing, configuring, and implementing information systems
Strong SQL query writing skills and a good understanding of relational databases
Ability to develop solutions using AI tools and check the quality and correctness of the results
Ability to write clear specification documents and manage customer projects from start to finish
Experience working with vendors, defining clear requirements, explaining business needs, and checking that proposed solutions meet those needs
Strong written and spoken Hebrew and English, with the ability to explain technical topics to different audiences and deliver structured training
Strong learning and problem-solving skills, ownership, and self-motivation
Ability to work independently and in a team and manage priorities in a changing environment
Familiarity with asset management systems such as Hexagon, or experience implementing ERP systems
Familiarity and hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms used to connect systems and automate data flows
A software development background and practical coding experience
