About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and manage a team of Board Design and Layout engineers, providing technical direction, mentorship, and support
  • Lead compute hardware platform projects end to end, from architecture and design through validation and mass production
  • Guide key technical decisions and support the team in solving complex hardware and system-level challenges
  • Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful platform development and project execution
  • Build strong customer relationships, understand their technical needs, and serve as a key technical point of contact throughout the project

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in hardware board design
  • 3+ years of experience in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of digital circuits, power systems, and high-speed board design
  • Broad system-level understanding, including HW/SW interfaces, validation, verification, DFT, and qualification
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently and perform well under pressure
