About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver results by orchestrating the technical planning, execution, and enablement of key programs
  • Communicate with the automotive client regarding exact technical needs, including organizing workshops, test drives, and functional tuning
  • Anticipate and remove obstacles that slow down or prevent teams from meeting objectives
  • Lead and contribute to decision-making processes and facilitate conflict resolution
  • Leverage hands-on experience in relevant technologies
  • Use critical thinking and design-oriented problem-solving to drive delivery and results
  • Define key program metrics and communicate outcomes, blockers, and overall program performance
  • Work with management and other leaders to continuously identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Computer Science/Industrial Engineering/Relevant Engineering degree
  • 5+ years of experience of project management
  • Experience in customer-facing technical project or program management
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and management skills
  • Experience in the automotive/vehicle industry – an advantage
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew
