About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with planning, designing, and executing test cases and scenarios.
- Perform functional and exploratory testing of APIs, web applications, mobile applications, hardware, and firmware.
- Identify, document, and track bugs, usability issues, and discrepancies against requirements and documentation.
- Validate issue fixes and new features.
- Collaborate with Product and Development teams, contributing to the definition of testing strategies and scenarios.
- Create and maintain test scripts, evidence, and bug reports.
- Understand how the system works and the user profile to support the definition of the most effective testing strategy.
- Prepare documentation for completed tests, including UAT approval reports.
- Support the improvement of processes and test automation initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a higher education degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field.
- Interest in Software Quality Assurance (QA) and test automation.
- Basic knowledge of programming logic.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Proactivity and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
