About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute culture initiatives and programs, leading efforts for the India office while supporting global culture work
Plan and run India office engagement events
Support India executive team town hall planning and execution
Gather content and create materials for town halls
Ensure alignment with company priorities and manage timelines
Partner with the People team and cross-functional stakeholders to communicate information and updates clearly and engagingly
Support onboarding experiences, recognition programs, town halls, and other culture initiatives
Create and edit employee videos, culture stories, recordings, and town hall content
Identify opportunities to improve communication and the practice of company values
Coordinate global culture projects and keep them on track
Manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
Use AI tools appropriately to improve efficiency and work quality

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years of experience in HR, Employee Engagement/Experience, Event Planning, or a related field
Experience executing employee programs, events, or internal campaigns in cross-functional environments
Ability to manage coordination and keep stakeholders aligned
Experience creating and editing basic videos
Comfort with video editing tools and using video as a communication channel
Ability to write and communicate clearly
Ability to adapt communication for different audiences
Comfort working with senior leaders and executives
Responsiveness and professionalism when supporting leaders
Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or Gemini to improve productivity, decision-making, or problem solving
