About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, configure, and optimize Salesforce solutions
- Design, implement, and enhance features across core Salesforce products
- Manage user access and security
- Configure Salesforce settings, including flows, processes, and layouts
- Oversee sandbox environments
- Handle data management tasks and ensure data integrity and quality
- Perform Salesforce organization maintenance and updates
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases
- Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and dashboards
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, including Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, sales processes, pipeline, and forecasting
- Experience building, troubleshooting, and optimizing Salesforce Flows
- Ability to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions following governance standards
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Agentforce, or similar solutions in day-to-day work
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a logical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn and adopt new Salesforce features and products
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Nice to have: exposure to Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Nice to have: experience collaborating with distributed or remote teams across different time zones
- Nice to have: basic understanding or experience with Apex
- Nice to have: Sales Cloud Consultant certification
