About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work in the Project Engineering department, leading and developing infrastructure studies and projects
- Develop and coordinate geometric designs for urban and highway roads
- Prepare, review, and validate designs, drawings, and models in Civil 3D and InfraWorks
- Coordinate integration across drainage, earthworks, pavement, road safety, and structural disciplines
- Analyze technical solutions and propose alternatives for projects
- Provide technical guidance to engineers and team professionals
- Monitor project schedules, quality, and deliverables
- Participate in technical meetings with clients and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Experience with geometric design projects for urban and highway roads
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and InfraWorks
- Integrated knowledge of infrastructure projects, including drainage, earthworks, pavement, road safety, and structures
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Analytical, technical leadership, and project management skills
- Preferred qualifications: experience with metro and rail projects, knowledge of GIS, and experience working on large-scale projects
