About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help launch and grow the new Alpharetta office
- Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, custody, and child and spousal support
- Communicate directly with clients

- Manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Requirements
What you’ll need- 0-3 years of Family Law experience preferred
- Experience in Family Law preferred; open to litigation candidates interested in practicing Family Law
- Active admission to the Georgia State Bar
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset
- Ability to handle divorce, custody, and child and spousal support cases
- Comfortable with direct client communications, drafting legal documents, depositions, court appearances, and mediations
