About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, custody, and child and spousal support
- Communicate directly with clients

- Meet a low billable-hours requirement of 120 hours per month
- Develop substantive litigation skills and meaningfully impact clients’ lives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Four (4) or more years of Family Law experience
- Experience in Family Law preferred; open to litigation candidates interested in practicing Family Law
- Active admission to the Texas State Bar
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset
- Ability to handle divorce, custody, and child and spousal support cases
- Comfort with direct client communications, drafting legal documents, depositions, court appearances, and mediations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented setting
