Key responsibilities & impact

Shape Modern Health's messaging and positioning using customer, market, and competitive insight
Develop and deliver go-to-market plans for product launches, feature enhancements, positioning updates, and other initiatives
Align teams on readiness, milestones, communications, enablement, assets, and success measures
Partner with Demand Generation, Brand, Content, Events, and Client Marketing on integrated campaigns
Create and refresh sales enablement and competitive tools, including pitch content, talk tracks, battlecards, objection handling, and RFP support
Deliver enablement for Sales and customer-facing teams
Work with Product, Sales, Client Management, Partnerships, Clinical, Marketing, and leadership to align priorities and drive execution
Use performance and field feedback to refine campaigns and go-to-market approaches

What you’ll need

Progressive product marketing experience, demonstrated by increasing scope and ownership, in mental health, healthcare, or employee benefits
Expertise across positioning, messaging, exceptional writing, go-to-market execution, campaigns, and sales enablement
Ability to make complex products and ideas clear and compelling
Ability to move from strategy and a strong brief to the details of assets, plans, and follow-through
Organized, thoughtful operator who can lead work across teams, influence without authority, balance multiple priorities, and use judgment
AI-savvy, with thoughtful use of AI tools for research, messaging, and marketing workflows, including validating outputs and applying human review
Applicants must be able to maintain work authorization for the duration of employment without employer sponsorship or employer-provided training plans or attestations
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
