About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and manage a centralized library of Business Consulting templates, workflows, and documentation across all specialties
- Leverage AI and automation tools, including Gems, custom prompts, and scripts, to create document repositories based on client profiles and streamline content creation and management
- Collaborate with Business Consulting leadership on documentation evolution
- Bridge Product Owners and the Business Consulting team
- Evaluate the operational impact of upcoming features and releases with product leadership
- Gather and relay feedback from clients and consultants
- Deliver focused internal Business Consulting knowledge-transfer and training sessions
- Partner with subject matter experts to track and communicate release timelines
- Maintain domain knowledge across EMA, gGastro, ModMed Scribe, Klara, and AI Faxing
- Map the end-to-end client journey with departmental leadership
- Remove silos between Product Management, Business Consulting, Training, and Customer Success Management
- Ensure SOPs are up to date, streamline communication, and optimize the client experience
- Establish and manage a formal intake program for internal process-improvement requests
- Facilitate a structured internal release schedule for Business Consulting and Customer Success department needs
- Analyze current tools, automation, and processes against market trends and business needs
- Evaluate external marketplace technologies and competitor intelligence to modernize departmental offerings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 4 years of Clinical, Operational Consulting, or Project Management experience
- High proficiency in process analysis and mapping
- High proficiency in technical writing
- High proficiency in workflow architecture
- High proficiency in internal communications
- Experience with AI prompt engineering
- Experience with cross-departmental product management
- Ability to understand audience needs and clearly express ideas to build trust, ensure understanding, and collaborate effectively
- Domain knowledge across EMA, gGastro, and ancillary solutions such as ModMed Scribe, Klara, and AI Faxing
