About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as an internal and external evangelist for the assigned product line through high-energy presentations and thought leadership
  • Develop the annual product marketing plan for the assigned persona across relevant ModMed products and services
  • Guide relevant product and service launches through the concept-to-market process
  • Work with the ELT team to review, approve, and ensure ongoing organizational launch readiness
  • Develop messaging and positioning highlighting tangible benefits and technical differentiation
  • Develop sales enablement materials including website content, blog posts, white papers, webinars, videos, slide decks, and data sheets
  • Partner with sales enablement to deliver training
  • Craft and continually refine product and service stories to support customer outcomes
  • Lead updates of competitor information and persona-specific battlecards
  • Feed competitive insights into cross-specialty, cross-persona battlecards
  • Identify key trends, market drivers, and customer requirements across specialties
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert and share market information with sales and product teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
  • MBA preferred
  • Certification(s) from Product Marketing Alliance or Pragmatic Institute preferred
  • 7+ years of B2B product marketing experience
  • Proven track record of success in mid-sized to large organizations, preferably $400M+ revenue or PE-backed
  • Experience managing product marketing at a national or global scale
  • Experience marketing high-tech SaaS products/services in healthcare in a B2B environment required
  • Deep understanding of structured product marketing frameworks, such as Pragmatic Institute, with emphasis on execution and outcomes
  • Portfolio of original writing samples demonstrating ability to simplify complex technical or clinical topics for a professional audience
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Non-local candidates must have health-tech product marketing experience, be able to travel domestically up to 15%, and be willing to work during Eastern business hours
