About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by identifying and documenting client needs and issues
  • Answer incoming inquiries and apply problem-solving techniques
  • Educate clients and follow issues through to successful resolution
  • Provide consistent, professional, and high-quality client support
  • Establish procedures to ensure client satisfaction and quality service delivery
  • Communicate and collaborate across teams and departments to resolve issues
  • Replicate and document issues for further escalation
  • Support Klara users as part of the Client Services team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred
  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • Ability to manage/field 25+ inbound calls per day
  • Ability to work from 11 am - 8 pm EST (required)
  • If local, ability to work onsite at the Boca Raton HQ Office 3 days a week
  • Expertise in evaluating, troubleshooting, and following up on customer software application issues
  • Experience in a medical practice and/or with an EMR is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Apple platforms: Mac, iPad, iPhone/iPad iOS
  • Knowledge of bug tracking software such as Zen and Jira
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time
