About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a team of Project Managers overseeing implementation of ModMed's suite of products
Oversee daily operations of the Project Management team, including staff 1:1s, project portfolio reviews, escalation management, talent development, performance reviews, merit conversations, and liaison with department leaders
Participate in departmental process improvements and initiatives
Pursue KPIs such as CSAT and time to activation
Develop new implementation methodologies to achieve scale
Provide status reporting and stakeholder readouts, including portfolio reviews and business reviews
Uphold quality standards by reviewing Project Manager performance
Use CSAT data for decision-making and coaching
Resolve issues from CSAT detractors and identify pervasive issues
Collaborate with senior leadership to manage capacity against forecasts and budget

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred; Field of Study: Business, Healthcare
1-3 years leading a team of project managers
3-5 years of experience in Project Management or similar/related fields
PMP strongly preferred
Healthcare background preferred
