About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with business teams to understand goals and translate them into scalable data solutions
  • Design and implement trusted dimensional/star-schema data models for self-service analytics and decision-making
  • Translate raw data into intuitive stories, metrics, and visualizations
  • Drive adoption of the Enterprise Data Model
  • Build, extend, and maintain scalable dbt pipelines
  • Explore Generative AI and machine-learning opportunities for data products
  • Support CRM, marketing, and customer-facing teams with custom analytics solutions
  • Champion reliability, reproducibility, and automation across the data stack
  • Collaborate on enterprise-grade dashboards and visualizations using modern BI tools
  • Manage and optimize the Databricks environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related fields
  • Proven ability to build and evolve analytics solutions
  • Fluency in SQL and dbt
  • Ideally Python
  • Strong understanding of modern data tooling and engineering principles
  • Experience working with Databricks, preferably on AWS
  • Curiosity about Generative AI, data products, and emerging tools
  • Ability to work across business domains including marketing, product, finance, sales, and customer success
  • Experience with cloud-native data sources such as Salesforce or NetSuite
  • Clear, compelling technical and business-facing communication
  • Product mindset and passion for continuous learning
