About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide first-level support to SAP S/4HANA users by triaging, guiding, and resolving basic service requests
  • Perform basic master data creation and maintenance in the system, including materials, customers, and vendors
  • Monitor integrations between SAP and other corporate systems, reporting failures to the responsible team
  • Log, categorize, and route tickets in the service desk (ITSM) system, escalating them to Level 2 when necessary
  • Assist in identifying and documenting errors and inconsistencies
  • Support the development of basic user manuals and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (from the 3rd or 4th semester onward)
  • Basic knowledge of ERP concepts; familiarity with SAP, even if only theoretical, is preferred
  • Logical reasoning skills and ability to work with data and spreadsheets (Excel)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to provide user support
  • Organization and attention to detail
