About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage customer databases and implement automated marketing campaigns
Use AMPscript to build personalised, dynamic campaigns across multiple touchpoints
Identify, recommend and implement improvements in user experience, data integrity and process automation
Prepare and run tests and reports on platform health
Present data-driven hypotheses and actionable recommendations for the Salesforce/CRM roadmap
Work with stakeholders to recommend and agree technological solutions for business requirements
Ensure processes are followed consistently and own documentation
Provide clear, constructive education and feedback
Support the MI function with performance and process-flow insight and analysis
Leverage Salesforce to empower sales and customer success teams to deliver high-quality customer care
Own Salesforce Marketing Cloud setup and configuration
Contribute to operational improvements and end-user training and development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrable experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Core basics mastered – HTML & AMPscript
Data-first mindset with skills to analyse – SQL and API skills
Comfortable diving into data to form hypotheses and propose clear, well-reasoned solutions
Able to work independently and largely manage own workload
Ability to write, interpret and critique technical specifications and requirements
Experience working in Linear and Notion, or equivalent tools, to manage workload in an agile way and document accordingly
Demonstrable experience using Marketing Cloud modules such as Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder and Content Builder
Demonstrable end-to-end project delivery in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Stakeholder management experience and good communication skills
Proactive ownership mindset, accountability and continuous improvement orientation
Preparedness for meetings, active listening and ability to articulate reasoning clearly and constructively
