About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Product Managers with range selection and product management
  • Assist with category stock management and planogram preparation
  • Liaise with suppliers and stores to maintain strong relationships and product availability
  • Analyse sales and margin performance and prepare updates for trading meetings
  • Help plan and monitor sales campaigns and promotional activity
  • Maintain accurate product and supplier files and support general administration
  • Work collaboratively with Product Managers, Merchandising, Marketing, and Stores
  • Report to the Head of Retail Procurement
  • Work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in retail, commercial, or administration role (or transferable skills from a similar environment)
  • Competent in Excel and sales analysis with strong IT skills
  • Clear and effective communicator across teams and levels
  • Collaborative team player who builds strong relationships
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive with a problem-solving mindset and strong organisational skills
  • Commercially aware and committed to continuous learning
