About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive the execution of digital campaigns that engage customers, support trading performance and bring the Mole Valley Farmers brand to life online
  • Shape and coordinate the digital trading calendar, ensuring the right campaigns reach customers at the right time
  • Deliver inspiring online content and promotional experiences that encourage customers to discover, shop and engage
  • Work at the centre of cross-functional project teams, bringing together Ecommerce, Marketing, Design and Technology to deliver successful campaigns
  • Turn commercial and customer insights into actionable recommendations that improve campaign effectiveness and website performance
  • Support major trading events, seasonal campaigns and product launches across multiple digital channels
  • Help identify and deliver opportunities to enhance the customer journey and drive ecommerce growth
  • Contribute ideas and solutions to the evolution of digital channels and make a measurable impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience within ecommerce, digital marketing, digital merchandising or a similar digital environment
  • A talent for managing multiple projects and priorities while keeping campaigns moving forward
  • Confidence working with a range of stakeholders and building strong collaborative relationships
  • A data-driven mindset, using insight and performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to turn ideas into action
  • Commercial awareness and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • A proactive approach, bringing fresh ideas, problem-solving skills and a desire to make a positive impact
  • Experience using CMS platforms, web analytics tools or ecommerce systems would be beneficial
