About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive the onboarding of new products and categories across digital channels
  • Create accurate, engaging and customer-focused product content
  • Build relationships with suppliers to secure product information, imagery and digital assets
  • Own product information within PIM systems, ensuring data is accurate and consistent
  • Enhance product content and discoverability
  • Collaborate with Ecommerce, Procurement and Marketing colleagues
  • Champion product data quality and improve processes, standards and efficiency
  • Support the growth and evolution of ecommerce platforms and digital channels

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience within Ecommerce, Product Data, Digital Merchandising, Product Content or a similar digital environment
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding accuracy and quality
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple products, projects and priorities
  • Confidence working with suppliers and stakeholders, building effective and collaborative relationships
  • The ability to analyse information, solve problems and continually look for ways to improve processes
  • A customer-first mindset, understanding the important role product content plays in the online shopping experience
  • A proactive approach, bringing energy, initiative and a desire to make a positive impact
  • Experience using PIM systems, ecommerce platforms or product information tools would be advantageous
