About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own a portfolio of existing Momentive clients as the main point of contact after the sale
  • Manage renewals from start to finish and address churn risk early
  • Identify and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the Momentive product portfolio, including Aptify, NimbleAMS, and GiveSmart
  • Run quarterly business reviews to revisit client goals, demonstrate delivered value, and identify next steps
  • Build relationships with multiple stakeholders in each account
  • Partner with Customer Success and Support to provide a connected client experience
  • Maintain Salesforce account plans, renewal dates, opportunity stages, and next steps
  • Track net revenue retention, renewal rate, and expansion targets and report regularly
  • Share client feedback and themes with Product and Marketing
  • Stay current on the association and nonprofit technology landscape
  • Partner with the Director on account planning, deal strategy, and pipeline reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years in account management, customer success, or a client-facing sales role, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding retention and renewal targets
  • Experience identifying and closing expansion opportunities within an existing account base
  • Comfort managing a portfolio of accounts at once and prioritizing time effectively
  • Experience navigating accounts with multiple stakeholders or decision-makers
  • Familiarity with the association, nonprofit, or membership technology space is a plus
  • Daily experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM to track accounts, pipeline, and renewals
  • Comfort with Gong, Salesloft, or similar sales engagement tools
  • Microsoft Office 365 proficiency, including Excel for account and portfolio reporting
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized portfolio and renewal management
  • Consultative problem-solving approach
  • Comfort reading account health metrics and explaining them clearly
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients
  • Minimum age of 18
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Required employment eligibility verification upon hire
