About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and oversee an interdisciplinary team of nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains, and more.
- Ensure adherence to hospice regulations and standards.
- Facilitate communication between medical staff and the care team.
- Lead interdisciplinary meetings, documenting patient needs and care plans.
- Develop and update patient care policies and emergency procedures.
- Manage staff scheduling and performance reviews.
- Foster a positive work environment and collaborative work culture.

- Analyze quality metrics and manage a caseload of patients as needed.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Registered Nurse (RN) license with a minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience, preferably in hospice or related settings.
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- Leadership or management experience a major plus.
- Valid driver's license (required)
