About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of product design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating excellence in interaction and visual design
- Excellent written and spoken English; 100% English-speaking role
- Skilled in research, synthesis, strategy, and UX/UI delivery
- Confident facilitating workshops and guiding client conversations
- Strong understanding of AI as design material and system architecture
- Skills in vibe coding, prompt engineering, agentic architectures, and rapid prototyping workflows highly valued
- Ability to design ecosystems, organizations, and interactions spanning channels and services
- Ability to connect design decisions to measurable outcomes
- Proficient in Figma and modern design tools
- Capable of building modular, scalable systems and prototypes
- Comfortable working across time zones in distributed teams
- Curious, adaptable, empathetic, and a critical thinker
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements or team activities (less than 20%)
- Experience planning and conducting user, customer, and stakeholder interviews
- Experience running validation sessions and usability testing
- Experience performing heuristic evaluations and expert reviews
- Experience analyzing and synthesizing user research findings
- Experience creating mental models, personas, flows, journeys, and information architecture deliverables
- Storytelling and narrative development skills
- Portfolio link required; applications without a portfolio will not be considered
