About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build the AI backbone, including knowledge agents and modes, agentic onboarding, AI simulations, AI-run certifications, content generation, automated communications, and knowledge application analytics
Own system reliability, accuracy, cost, and uptime
Analyze technical and economic feasibility and determine operating costs
Translate high-level business problems into buildable specifications and sequence MVPs
Identify unstated requirements and challenge assumptions when needed
Roadmap each component, incorporating users, feedback loops, and future versions
Rally stakeholders around data access, content ownership, permissions, and adoption
Partner with BigBrain and BizApps engineering teams on larger builds
Document and architect solutions so critical systems do not depend on one person
Ship MVPs and own solutions through ongoing operation and improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years building software, automation, or AI solutions in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
Proven, hands-on experience shipping agents and AI systems used daily by real people
Mastery of AI building tools, especially agentic tools
Experience with LLM and agent frameworks, Claude Code or equivalent, MCP, retrieval and RAG patterns, and no-code and low-code platforms
Ability to write scripts, work with APIs and data, read logs, and debug production issues
Product management skills: translating business logic and end-user experience into specifications, scoping MVPs, and managing roadmaps
Experience in or alongside a sales organization is a strong advantage
Experience with enablement, training, or knowledge systems is an advantage, including LMS, knowledge bases, search, certification, or simulation tooling
Ability to document work and make solutions maintainable
Strong written and spoken communication
