About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete a three-year Finance Graduate program with formal and on-the-job training
- Work across the Finance team in a series of real roles to build breadth and depth of knowledge
- Develop into a high-quality finance business partner
- Rotate across UK sites and work with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing & Operations, Financial Control, Accounting and Projects teams
- Take on real responsibilities with guidance from managers and mentors
- Participate in structured lessons through the in-house graduate academy
- Gain professional qualification support toward CIMA or ACCA
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate-level candidate for the Finance Graduate – Taste The Future Program
- Strong interest in FMCG
- Mobility to relocate; flexibility and willingness to relocate for different roles domestically and/or internationally
