About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Represent Mondelēz in-store as the face of its iconic snack brands
Deliver customer service to store teams and shoppers
Execute daily store visits according to DSD Merchandising Excellence standards
Capture display photos via DMI
Build relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
Order products via iPad using Salesforce
Maintain in-stock conditions for shelves and displays
Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with store plans
Follow schedules and priorities set by the RTM
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
Lift, bend, move, and stock products from stock rooms to store floors

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid REAL ID driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides, U.S. passport, or federal ID
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location: Lompoc, CA
Monday through Friday schedule availability; 5 am start time, with schedule subject to business needs
Ability to service a military base facility requiring valid federal access identification
