About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill customers' merchandising needs through communication and relationship building
Stock store shelves and maintain or change displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays
Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
Order products via iPad tablet for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions
Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines
Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues to Mondelēz management
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid REAL ID driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides, U.S. passport, or federal ID
Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Ability to physically move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock store shelves
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles of the primary location: Ellicott City, MD
Schedule availability: four days a week and one weekend day
