About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and positivity
- Serve store teams and shoppers with outstanding customer service
- Execute daily store visits according to DSD Merchandising Excellence standards
- Capture display photos via DMI
- Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
- Order products via iPad using Salesforce to maintain shelf and display stock
- Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with negotiated store plans
- Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
- Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
- Safely lift, bend, move, push, and pull products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location in Marietta, Georgia
- Schedule availability required: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
- Start time: 8am
