Full-time Merchandiser/Order Writer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and serve as the face of its iconic snack brands
- Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
- Execute daily store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence standards
- Capture display photos via DMI
- Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
- Order products via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock shelf and display conditions
- Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated store plans
- Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
- Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
- Lift, bend, move, and stock products from stock rooms to store floors
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location in Livonia, MI
- Schedule availability required: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
- Start time: 6:00am
