About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Represent Mondelēz in-store as the face of its iconic snack brands
Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence
Capture display photos via DMI
Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers and store managers
Order products via iPad using Salesforce to maintain shelf and display stock
Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with store plans
Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
Perform physical merchandising activities including lifting, bending, moving, and stocking products

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Ability to physically move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles of the primary location (Omaha, NE)
Schedule availability required Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday; start by 7 am
