About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill customers' merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores
Order product via iPad Tablet for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions
Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’ guidelines
Ensure sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues to management
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
Represent Mondelēz in stores with a positive and upbeat attitude

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles range from the primary location (Lancaster, TX)
Schedule availability required: Four weekdays and one weekend day; start by 5 am
