About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Represent Mondelēz in-store as the face of its iconic snack brands
Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence standards
Capture display photos via DMI
Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and store personnel
Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock shelf and display conditions
Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans
Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
Lift, bend, move, and stock products from stock rooms to store shelves while maintaining safety and compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Valid REAL ID driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides, U.S. passport, or federal ID
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
Schedule availability required: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday; start at 5 am
Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location: Alamogordo, NM
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
