About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies, marketing plans, and innovation pipelines for Club Social across 13 WACAM countries
  • Manage the brand's P&L and deliver sales volume, market share, and profitability targets
  • Lead marketing campaigns from conceptualization and brief development through execution, launch, and post-campaign analysis
  • Collaborate with creative agencies, media partners, and internal teams
  • Conduct market analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, competitive activities, and growth opportunities
  • Analyze sales data, market performance metrics, and campaign effectiveness using advanced Excel
  • Provide actionable recommendations for brand growth and commercial performance
  • Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal teams
  • Manage external agency and partner relationships
  • Monitor competitive activity, consumer preferences, and emerging trends
  • Drive new product development and marketing initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6–8 years of progressive marketing experience
  • Significant experience within a multinational Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company
  • Experience developing and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns
  • Exceptional numerical and analytical abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Nielsen and Kantar market research tools
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis, modeling, and reporting
  • Bilingual proficiency in English, verbal and written, is mandatory
  • Spanish proficiency is a significant advantage
  • Ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and perform under pressure
  • Strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution approach
