Merchandiser/Order Writer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and commitment to excellence
- Serve store teams and shoppers with outstanding customer service
- Execute daily store visits according to DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI
- Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
- Order products via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock shelf and display conditions
- Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated store plans
- Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
- Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
- Lift, bend, and move products while stocking shelves and transferring products from stock rooms to store floors
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid REAL ID driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides, U.S. passport, or federal ID
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to meet defined physical activities including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location in Brownwood, TX
- Schedule availability required: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday; start by 5 am
