About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
- Work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves
- Construct promotional displays
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
- Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
- Order product via iPad tablet for shelves and displays to ensure products are in stock
- Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’ guidelines
- Ensure sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed
- Communicate issues with Mondelēz’ management team
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
- Stock products from stock rooms onto store shelves
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location: Battle Creek, MI
- Schedule availability required: Tuesday–Saturday
- Start time: 06:00 AM–08:00 AM
