About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Carry out in-store visits according to the Mondelez visit method
Fill Mondelez IMPULSE products in checkouts and designated in-store impulse locations
Follow checkout implementation plan guidelines and ensure competition is respecting them
Inform the Mondelēz sales representative and store employee about issues
Fill seasonal shelves and implement seasonal extra-visibility actions in stores
Follow daily route planning prepared by the operations team
Optimize seasonal sales and occasionally support seasonal campaign implementation
Represent Mondelēz International to in-store employees
Work closely with the sales representative to optimize product visibility
Stock products by physically moving them from stock rooms to store floors and shelves
Deliver field KPIs and annual objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Good interpersonal skills
Self-motivated to achieve set goals
Good Communication and ability to share information
Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Florence, OR
Schedule availability required: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM start time; schedule may change based on business needs
