Merchandiser/Order Writer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent Mondelēz in-store as the face of its iconic snack brands
- Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
- Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence
- Capture display photos via DMI
- Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers and store managers
- Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock shelf and display conditions
- Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with store plans
- Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
- Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
- Move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves
- Follow safety and compliance practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location in DeKalb, IL
- Schedule availability required: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
- Start time: 07:00 AM
